SHIPPING POLICY
*Note: Due to the issues caused by the coronavirus, all shipments may be delayed by postal and external companies, this delay will not be a major reason to cancel orders once they have been processed. We apologize for any inconvenience and hope that the situation being experienced not only in Spain but throughout the world is understood. Orders are safe and will reach the end customer.
All our orders are processed on the same day they are placed on our website, unless the order is placed on a holiday or weekend, in which case it will be processed on the next business day.
We always guarantee the delivery of your order, but promotions and special offers may be delayed due to high demand for our products.
Once the order has been verified, it will be processed within 1-6 days and shipped to the delivery address.
All our products leave our facilities 1-6 days after the order is placed. We ship to all countries by sea, which allows us to offer an international service.
Estimated average times:
Usually: 12-20 days depending on product demand...
In specific cases, due to high demand (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, etc...) or logistics issues, shipping may take 3-4 weeks.
There is a margin of 50 days for the product to arrive, and if it does not arrive, a refund for lost/unshipped orders may be processed.
All our shipments are insured and have a tracking number that can facilitate the delivery of your order.
Consider
*If the customer does not provide the correct address in the order and does not notify us minutes after the order (before the shipment and package are processed) and the package cannot be delivered due to the incorrect address, there will be no refund option, and the next shipment of said package will be the responsibility of the customer and buyer.
*In case the customer cannot be contacted at the time of delivery, they will be notified via mailbox, and if the package is not collected from the notified office within X days, it will be returned to the factory, with no refund option.
*Once the shipment has been made, it will not be possible to change the delivery address since shipments are under the delivery of external companies of Warmatz, and we do not have the power to change the delivery address once the order has been sent from the warehouse. Therefore, the customer is responsible for the loss of the package in case of not indicating the correct address or changing houses, etc.
Factors such as logistic delays and customs clearance may affect the estimated delivery time.
Warmatz is not responsible under any circumstances for the taxes, fees, or tariffs applied to shipping or fees that may be applied in customs for the purchased package, so the responsibility will be that of the buyer and customer of Warmatz, providing the required value in customs without being able to process a refund.
