SHIPPING POLICY

*Note: Due to the issues caused by the coronavirus, all shipments may be delayed by postal and external companies beyond our control. This delay will not be a major reason for cancelling orders once they have been processed. We apologize for any inconvenience and hope that you understand the situation that is being experienced not only in Spain but around the world. Orders are safe and will reach the final customer. All orders are processed on the same day they are placed on our website, unless the order is placed on a holiday or weekend, in which case it will be processed on the next business day. We always guarantee the delivery of your order, but promotions and special offers may be delayed due to the high demand for our products. Once the order has been verified, it is processed within 1/6 days and shipped to the delivery address. All our products leave our facilities 1/6 days after the order is placed. We ship to all countries by sea, which allows us to offer international service. Estimated average times: Normally: 12-20 days depending on product demand... In exceptional cases, due to high demand (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, etc.) or logistics issues, shipping may take 3-4 weeks. There is a margin of 50 days for the product to arrive, and if it does not arrive, you can proceed with a refund for a lost/not delivered order. All our shipments are insured and have a tracking number that can facilitate the delivery of your order. Consider: *If the customer does not provide the correct address in the order and does not notify us within minutes of the order (before the shipment and package are processed) and the package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, there will be no refund option and a subsequent shipment of the package will be at the expense of the customer and buyer. *In the event that the customer cannot be contacted at the time of delivery, a notification will be sent via mailbox and if the package is not collected from the notified office within 5 days, it will be returned to the factory without the option of a refund.

*If the shipment has already been made, it will not be possible to change the delivery address since the shipments are under the delivery of external companies and we do not have the power to change the delivery address once the order has been shipped from the warehouse. Therefore, the customer is responsible for the loss of the package if the correct address has not been provided or if there has been a change of address, among other reasons. Factors such as logistical delays and customs clearance may affect the estimated delivery time. Warmatz is not responsible under any circumstances for taxes, fees, or tariffs applied to the shipment or fees that may be applied in customs for the purchased package. Therefore, the buyer and customer of Warmatz will be responsible for providing the required value in customs without being able to process a return.
